I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well. The hotel facilities were good, including a big ryokan room with a great view. I really enjoyed the onsens, both indoor and outdoor, and the hotel was in a decent location, close enough to explore the whole mountain and walk to the town centre. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of options.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast buffet had a good mix of Japanese and Western options. We also enjoyed the indoor onsen, it was very relaxing after a day of exploring the village. The hotel is located near a chairlift and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
Our room was not what we expected. The furnishings looked outdated and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms had a nice view of the mountain and were spacious, especially the ones with a separate bedroom. Additionally, breakfast was included in our rate and offered a great variety of both Japanese and western options.

Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding. the hotel's location was great as it was close to a variety of restaurants and a ski lift. I also enjoyed the free onsen, which was very relaxing and had beautiful views.
The hotel was very noisy at night, which made it difficult to rest well. the breakfast options were limited and didn't taste very good.
